gokshura

Gokshura or Tribulus terrestris is a diuretic herb used to treat renal stones, dysuria, impotence and kidney dysfunction.

Action:

Gokshura helps maintain efficient kidney and urinary functions and reduces renal discomfort.


Indications:

  • Dysuria (painful/ burning micturition).
  • Crystalluria (presence of crystals in urine).
  • Urolithiasis (kidney stones).
  • Recurrent urinary tract infections.
  • Kidney dysfunction.
Those with severe renal insufficiency or chronic renal disorder should take Gokshura under medical supervision only.

Dosage

One capsule, twice a day, after meals.

* Since Himalaya Pure Herbs are in capsule form, some children below 14 years may find it difficult to swallow them. Himalaya Pure Herbs are recommended for children who are 14 years or older.
